Chisholm Foundation Teacher Grants

Each year, the Chisholm Public School Foundation raises money to support innovative projects and programs for Chisholm Public Schools. The Foundation feels one of the best ways to accomplish their mission is to support Chisholm teachers and their needs inside the classroom. The Foundation encourages all teachers to apply for grant funding that could make an impact on their students learning and help the Foundation complete its mission. While we have typically asked for ideas that are “outside of the box” or technology focused, we are more open to all facets of requests this year. All grants will be considered by a Grant Funding Committee composed of Chisholm Community Members who are not affiliated with the Chisholm Foundation Board.

Please complete this grant application with immense detail. Provide information on materials and/or tools requested, reason for need, costs associated and the impact the items will make in the classroom. Use as many pages as necessary to thoroughly educate the grant funding committee on your need. If submitting the grant with a group of teachers, designate one lead teacher as the point of contact. Complete the grant and submit it by Wednesday, October 1st at 5:00PM.
